How do Subscriptions work?
When you create a subscription with us, your orders will be shipped at the beginning of each month. For instance, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your Paypal account will be charged on the 1st of the following month and we’ll dispatch your order within three days after that.
If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime through Paypal. However, please keep in mind that you won’t be able to change any subscriptions that you’ve already created. So, if you’d like to switch from Still to Sparkling, for example, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and create a new one.
What products are available on subscription?
Our 10L still mineral water cask and both 750ml glass bottles (still and sparkling) are available for subscription delivery.
